Learn the Blueprxnt Performance Health System
Built from elite sport. Designed for practitioners who want a complete operating system- not surface-level tactics.
The Blueprxnt Professional Training teaches you how to assess, interpret, and apply a five-domain performance health system that integrates physiology, behavior, environment, recovery, and performance into one cohesive framework.
This is not a certification course. This is a practitioner education system designed to help you confidently guide any client through a repeatable process- from intake to testing, interpretation to programming, and follow-through to results.
Advanced Biomarkers Course
Master bloodwork interpretation using the Blueprxnt framework. 100+ biomarkers, Performance Health ranges, real case studies, and the Blueprxnt Bloodwork Reference Sheet.
Self-paced with 2 Q&A sessions included. One-time launch pricing available for July only.
The Problem Most Practitioners Face
You have education, certifications, or experience- but when a client says, “I want help,” you don’t have a clear system for:
Intake and assessment
What questions matter? What data do you need?
Testing and interpretation
How do you connect bloodwork, body composition, fitness tests, and lifestyle data?
Programming and prioritization
What should you focus on first? How do you build a plan that actually fits their life?
Follow-through
How do you track progress, adjust protocols, and keep clients engaged long-term?
Most training programs teach isolated tactics: meal plans, workout templates, supplement lists, behavior tips. You end up with a toolbox of disconnected strategies but no clear process for deciding what to use and when.
Blueprxnt solves this.
It gives you a complete system for understanding how physiology, behavior, environment, recovery, and performance interact- and how to translate that understanding into individualized coaching that improves capacity and reduces fatigue.

What Makes Blueprxnt Different
Systems-Based, Not Tactics-Based
Most coaching certifications teach isolated tactics: meal plans, workouts, supplement lists, behavior tips.
Blueprxnt teaches a system for understanding how physiology, behavior, environment, recovery, and performance interact.
It’s not: “Here’s what to do.”
It’s: “Here’s how to assess what matters, identify root constraints, and decide what to do for this person.”
Built from Real High-Performance Environments
Blueprxnt wasn’t created from theory alone. It was built from applied experience in elite sport- including the NFL and major college athletics- then refined through work with executives, professionals, and everyday clients.
That matters because the system was pressure-tested in environments where:
- • Performance matters
- • Recovery matters
- • Availability matters
- • Bad decisions show up fast
This gives it a level of practical credibility that many certifications don’t have.
Integrates Five Domains, Not One Narrow Lens
Most certifications stay in a lane: nutrition only, training only, mindset only, behavior only, bloodwork only.
Blueprxnt integrates all five:
- • Intake (nutrition, hydration, supplementation)
- • Physical Activity (training, movement, mobility)
- • Recovery (sleep, stress, HRV)
- • Environment (lifestyle design, context optimization)
- • Inner Capacity (purpose, agency, mindset)
This creates a broader and more accurate picture of what’s actually driving outcomes.
Combines Subjective + Objective Data
Blueprxnt teaches practitioners how to combine:
- • Lifestyle and behavioral information
- • Bloodwork and biomarkers
- • Body composition testing
- • Performance assessments
- • Recovery data
- • Genetic context
Most programs either stay too abstract or too tactical. Blueprxnt sits in the middle: data-informed, but coaching-applied.
Teaches Application, Not Just Information
A lot of certifications are content-heavy and application-light. Blueprxnt is designed to help practitioners answer:
- • What do I assess?
- • What data matters?
- • What patterns am I seeing?
- • What is the root issue?
- • What should I prioritize?
- • How do I turn this into a plan?
That’s a very different outcome than just “learning information.”
Built for Individualization
Blueprxnt is based on the idea that health and performance are personal. Two people can have the same symptoms with different causes, or the same goals with different constraints.
The system teaches practitioners how to individualize around:
- • Physiology
- • Schedule
- • Lifestyle
- • Readiness
- • Stress load
- • Identity
Who This Is For
Blueprxnt Professional Training is designed for practitioners, coaches, clinicians, and advanced students with a relevant foundation in health, fitness, performance, or medicine.

Prerequisites & Application
Prerequisites:
Applicants should have formal education, certification, licensure, or practical experience in a related field. While a formal license is not required for all participants, you should have a foundational understanding of human physiology, training, nutrition, or health coaching.
Application Process:
Self-Paced Training
Open enrollment, no application required
Quarterly Cohort
Application required to ensure strong fit, aligned expectations, and a high-quality learning environment
Practitioner Mastermind
Application required, limited availability
We look for individuals who are serious about learning, ready to apply the system, and aligned with the level of thinking required to integrate performance health in the real world.
Early Results & Beta Feedback
The Blueprxnt system has already been tested through an early beta mentorship with coaches and practitioners. Even at the beta stage, participants reported meaningful gains in their ability to think more systematically, interpret physiological and lifestyle data, and apply the framework to real-world coaching scenarios.
Participants shared that the system helped them:
- Connect fragmented knowledge into one integrated process
- Better understand how to assess and individualize client strategies
- Develop confidence in using physiological and lifestyle data
- Clarify their interest in coaching and performance-health practice
What they said:
“The mentorship was great- it gave me a lot of information, new ideas, and practical skills I can use with clients. One of the best parts was seeing how customizable the system is and how it can be tailored to different businesses and populations.”
“The questionnaire and breakdown section was the most valuable part for me. It helped me think more like a coach and showed me how to apply the system in a practical way.”
“By the end of the experience, I felt like I had accomplished my goals and more. I developed a stronger understanding of interpreting physiological data, lifestyle coaching, and the performance side of kinesiology, and it made me more confident about pursuing coaching in the future.”
The strongest feedback consistently centered around the practical application of the system- especially intake breakdowns, assessment interpretation, and case-based learning.
