The Blueprxnt Diagnostic
The Blueprxnt Diagnostic
A comprehensive performance health assessment that connects the data most men have never had evaluated together.
Routine health screening tests a limited set of markers and is designed to flag disease. The Blueprxnt Diagnostic goes far deeper: 100+ biomarkers, DEXA body composition, genetic testing, movement screening, fitness testing, HRV analysis, and a complete Blueprxnt Profile that gives you a clear, integrated picture of where you stand across all five domains.
This is where clarity begins. The Diagnostic is the assessment entry point into the Blueprxnt system. The first step in answering the question: Why are you the way that you are?

Your Complete Blueprxnt Profile and Initial Protocol
The Diagnostic produces your Blueprxnt Profile and an Initial Protocol:
Your Blueprxnt Performance Health Score (0–100)
A comprehensive, proprietary assessment integrating 91+ objective and structured subjective data points across all five domains. Not a vanity metric. It is the measurement and decision-support tool that helps identify priorities, track progress, and inform coaching decisions. Your score produces a status:
Your Body Track
Where your biology currently maps: Youthful Foundation, Foundation, Optimize, Protect, or Longevity. Primarily anchored to your age and biological phase, then refined by your physiology, health history, recovery capacity, and risk profile.
Your Life Season
What life is demanding from you right now. Fatherhood, career, relationships, caregiving, transition, athlete seasons. Your Life Season shapes how the plan is implemented.
Your Risk Flags and Capacity Gaps
What is drifting or needs immediate attention. Where your system is underbuilt. The specific areas constraining your health and performance.
Your Priorities
What matters most right now. The highest-leverage areas to address, build, and monitor based on your data, Body Track, Life Season, and goals.
Your Initial Blueprxnt Protocol
In addition to the Profile, every Diagnostic includes an Initial Protocol: a prioritized roadmap identifying what to address first, what to monitor, and what to build across the five domains.
This gives the standalone Diagnostic real, actionable value.
During coaching, the Initial Protocol becomes a complete, continuously adjusted Protocol that evolves as data, goals, physiology, and life context change.
What the Diagnostic Tests
The Testing
Comprehensive Bloodwork (100+ Biomarkers)
Hormonal health (15 markers), heart health (10 markers), energy and metabolism (6 markers), nutrients and minerals (11 markers), inflammation and immunity (2 markers), kidney health (12 markers), liver health (10 markers), blood health (18 markers), pancreas health (2 markers), PSA and other physician-appropriate markers when clinically indicated and available, heavy metals, and urinalysis.
This is a substantially broader biomarker panel than routine screening typically includes and may identify patterns not addressed in standard screening: early insulin resistance, hormonal decline, cardiovascular risk markers (ApoB, Lp(a)), inflammatory patterns, nutrient deficiencies, and metabolic drift.
DEXA Body Composition Scan
Not a scale. Not BMI. DEXA imaging showing fat mass, lean mass, bone density, and regional distribution. This is your more detailed body composition baseline.
Genetic Testing
Comprehensive panel providing additional context around selected nutrient-metabolism pathways, cardiovascular and metabolic predispositions, methylation-related variants, and certain training-related traits.
Your genetics contribute to your predispositions. The Diagnostic provides additional context around selected predispositions and pathways. The system helps you address the modifiable factors that may interact with those predispositions.
Movement Screen
Identify limitations, asymmetries, and movement patterns that inform programming before we build your plan.
Fitness Testing and Analysis
Baseline strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility testing to measure where you actually are. Not where you think you are.
HRV/Resting Heart Rate Analysis
Provides context around autonomic patterns, recovery trends, and how your body may be responding to training and life demands.
Your Data Enters the Lab
Testing Alone Does Not Create Clarity.
Testing gives us data. The Lab turns that data into intelligence.
The Lab is the proprietary analysis and interpretation engine inside Blueprxnt. It is where your bloodwork, body composition, genetics, movement, fitness, recovery data, intake history, goals, Body Track, and Life Season are analyzed together across all five domains.
The result is your Blueprxnt Profile and Initial Protocol.
The Lab is not a place you visit. It is not a membership. It is the intelligence layer that transforms raw numbers into a clear picture of what is happening, what may be contributing to it, and what to do next.

Routine Screening vs. Blueprxnt Diagnostic
Different Purpose. Different Depth.
Routine medical screening is designed to identify disease and determine whether medical evaluation is needed. The Blueprxnt Diagnostic is designed to provide a broader performance-health baseline and translate it into nutrition, training, recovery, and lifestyle strategy.
Blueprxnt complements medical care. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or physician-directed screening.
Routine screening, testing, interpretation, and follow-up vary according to the clinician, medical setting, symptoms, health history, age, and risk factors.
| Common Routine Screening | Blueprxnt Performance Health Assessment | |
|---|---|---|
| Biomarkers | Limited panel based on clinical context | 100+ |
| Body composition | BMI | DEXA (fat, lean mass, bone density, regional) |
| Hormones | Limited or ordered based on symptoms and risk | 15 hormonal markers including testosterone, cortisol, expanded thyroid assessment |
| Heart health | Total cholesterol, LDL | ApoB, Lp(a), triglycerides, full lipid panel with ratios |
| Metabolic | Fasting glucose | Glucose, HbA1c, insulin, HOMA-IR |
| Genetics | Not typically tested | Comprehensive panel providing context for predispositions |
| Nutrients | Limited | 11 markers including B12, folate, ferritin, magnesium, homocysteine |
| Inflammation | Not typically tested | hs-CRP, ESR |
| Movement | Not assessed | Movement screen for limitations, asymmetries, and movement patterns that inform programming |
| Fitness | Not assessed | Strength, cardiovascular, mobility baselines |
| Recovery | Not assessed | HRV/resting heart rate analysis |
| Time | Varies by provider and visit type | 60-minute review |
| Output | Clinical results and follow-up determined by the provider | Scored Blueprxnt Profile with domain breakdown and Initial Protocol |
| Genetics/Epigenetics | Not typically assessed | Selected genetic variants provide additional context around predispositions. The five domains address modifiable factors that may influence the long-term trajectory. |
| Follow-up | Determined by clinical context and the treating provider | Pathway to coaching, The Society, or independent execution |

Three Paths Forward
Path 1: Execute On Your Own
Take your Profile and Initial Protocol and run with it. Many men just need expert interpretation and a roadmap to know what to do next.
Path 2: Join The Society
Your long-term home. Body track content, life season modules, community, monthly Q&A with Pratik. Stay connected to the system for life.
Path 3: Enter 1:1 Coaching
Your Diagnostic data becomes the foundation for your coaching engagement. Your Profile determines your body track and life season. There is no unnecessary duplication. We pick up where the Diagnostic left off, while repeating selected assessments only when timing or new findings make it useful.
Your Diagnostic fee is credited toward coaching. If you enter 1:1 Coaching within 30 days, the fee is applied to your first payment.
Why the Diagnostic Matters
Most Men Have No Idea Where They Stand
This is the awareness problem. The average man has never had comprehensive bloodwork beyond a basic annual physical. He has never tested his hormones, his cardiovascular fitness, his metabolic health, or his recovery capacity. He is making decisions about his health based on how he looks in the mirror and how he feels when he wakes up.
That is not a strategy. That is guessing.
The Diagnostic replaces guessing with knowing. It answers the foundational question: Why are you the way that you are? Your genetics shape the predisposition. Your lifestyle and environment influence the trajectory. Now you can see both more clearly and make better-informed decisions about what comes next.
And the earlier you get this data, the more influence you have over the trajectory. The man who identifies predispositions and modifiable risks earlier can make better-informed decisions before those problems progress.
