THE BLUEPRXNT DIAGNOSTIC
Know Where You Are. Understand What Matters Next.
The Blueprxnt Diagnostic is a standalone performance health assessment that connects objective testing, health and performance history, current demands, goals, and structured information across all five domains.
It is built for people who want more than a collection of results. You receive an integrated Blueprxnt Profile, a prioritized Initial Protocol, and a clear explanation of what deserves attention now.

WHAT THE DIAGNOSTIC DOES
Information Becomes Useful When It Is Connected.
A blood marker, genetic predisposition, body-composition result, movement limitation, fitness measure, symptom, behavior, or recovery trend provides only one part of the picture.
The Blueprxnt Diagnostic examines those inputs together. It establishes the most complete available view of your current health, physical capacity, environment, demands, and goals—then translates that information into priorities and action.
The Diagnostic is a complete standalone service. Ongoing coaching is not required.
If you already know that you want implementation support, continuous reassessment, and an evolving strategy, you may apply directly for Blueprxnt Coaching. You do not need to complete a standalone Diagnostic first.
TWO DIAGNOSTIC PATHWAYS
The Same Interpretation Process. Two Ways to Establish the Picture.
BRING YOUR DATA
For people who already have recent testing and want Blueprxnt to connect, interpret, and organize it.
Eligible information may include recent bloodwork, DEXA or other body-composition results, genetic testing, medical records, wearable information, previous movement or fitness testing, and other relevant health or performance data.
Blueprxnt reviews the information for relevance, recency, and completeness. Material gaps are identified before the Profile is finalized. If an important component is unavailable, the corresponding finding or Score component may be identified as provisional or incomplete.
Bloodwork should generally be from within the previous six months. The relevance of every result is considered individually based on the test, the person, and what has changed since it was completed.
Bring Your Data does not include new bloodwork, DEXA, or genetic-testing costs.

WHAT IS ASSESSED
A Performance Health Baseline Built From Multiple Inputs.
COMPREHENSIVE BLOODWORK
A broad performance health panel typically including 100+ biomarkers across relevant cardiometabolic, hormonal, nutrient, inflammatory, blood, liver, kidney, and other health categories. The exact panel may vary according to sex, age, availability, medical appropriateness, and the ordering provider.
DEXA BODY COMPOSITION
A detailed baseline of fat mass, lean mass, bone density, and regional body-composition distribution.
GENETIC TESTING
A one-time assessment providing additional context around selected inherited predispositions relevant to health, nutrition, training, and recovery.
Genetics is not destiny, diagnosis, or prediction. Genetic findings are never interpreted in isolation.
MOVEMENT SCREEN
An assessment of movement quality, mobility, stability, limitations, and asymmetries that can inform training and physical-capacity priorities.
FITNESS TESTING
Standardized assessment of relevant strength, cardiovascular fitness, conditioning, mobility, and physical capacity. Testing is selected to fit the person rather than forcing everyone through the same laboratory protocol.
HRV AND RESTING-HEART-RATE ANALYSIS
A baseline and trend review providing context around recovery, stress, workload response, and readiness.
FIVE-DOMAIN AND INNER CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
Structured assessment of nutrition, hydration, supplementation, activity, recovery, environment, behaviors, readiness for change, goals, perceived stress, available capacity, sources of friction, and sources of support.
Not every input carries the same weight. Blueprxnt considers relevance, quality, timing, and whether a finding can meaningfully change the next decision.
HOW THE DIAGNOSTIC WORKS
From Information to Individualized Action.
COLLECT THE INPUTS
Testing, records, assessments, history, goals, environment, and current demands establish the most complete available picture.
THE LAB INTEGRATES AND INTERPRETS
The Lab is Blueprxnt’s internal analysis engine. It is where the available inputs are examined together across all five domains.
The Lab is not a location, membership, or separate service. It is the internal process that turns disconnected information into an organized analysis.
THE BLUEPRXNT PROFILE COMMUNICATES THE FINDINGS
The Profile shows where you are now, what deserves attention, and which findings should influence the strategy.
THE INITIAL PROTOCOL ESTABLISHES THE FIRST PRIORITIES
The Initial Protocol translates the Profile into sequenced recommendations across the five domains.
Assess → Identify Priorities → Personalize → Execute → Reassess
THE BLUEPRXNT PROFILE
A Clear Picture—Not Another Folder of Results.
PERFORMANCE HEALTH SCORE
The Blueprxnt Performance Health Score is a 0–100 measurement that brings key health, performance, lifestyle, and capacity indicators into one organized framework.
It is a decision-support tool—not a diagnosis, prediction, or claim that one number tells the entire story.
A strong, resilient foundation with the capacity to tolerate significant demands.
A solid overall foundation with identifiable opportunities to improve capacity and durability.
Meaningful gaps are accumulating and focused action is warranted.
Multiple limitations or risk indicators require structured attention and closer monitoring.
Substantial constraints are limiting capacity and may warrant foundational rebuilding and additional clinical support.
BODY TRACK
Your Body Track—Youthful Foundation, Foundation, Optimize, Protect, or Longevity—helps determine the broader biological strategy. It is informed by health status, physical capacity, risk profile, history, and objective data—not age alone.
LIFE SEASON
Your Life Season reflects the environment in which the strategy must be executed. Competition, career acceleration, parenthood, caregiving, injury, major transition, and other real-life demands influence priorities and what can realistically be sustained.
RISK FLAGS, CAPACITY GAPS, AND PRIORITIES
The Profile identifies findings that warrant attention, areas that may be limiting health or performance capacity, and the highest-leverage priorities to address, build, monitor, or coordinate with another provider.
YOUR INITIAL BLUEPRXNT PROTOCOL
Clarity Becomes a Starting Strategy.
The Initial Protocol converts the Profile into an individualized roadmap across Intake, Physical Activity, Recovery, Environment, and Inner Capacity.
It defines:
- What deserves attention first
- What can wait
- What should be monitored
- Which actions can create benefits across multiple domains
- Where additional clinical or professional support may be appropriate
- How the recommendations fit your goals, schedule, environment, and current capacity
The Initial Protocol is designed to help you begin. It is not a substitute for ongoing coaching, continuous monitoring, or an indefinitely updated plan.
Individualized does not mean complicated. It means relevant.

Every coaching client enters with a standardized Blueprxnt onboarding baseline. Outside testing and a Bring Your Data Diagnostic provide context but do not replace the required testing. Eligible components completed through a recent Full Testing Diagnostic may carry forward rather than being unnecessarily duplicated; any missing, outdated, or non-equivalent components are completed during onboarding. Genetic testing is not routinely repeated.
If you enter 1:1 Coaching within 30 days of completing the Diagnostic, the Diagnostic fee is credited toward your first coaching payment.
COORDINATED PERFORMANCE HEALTH
The Diagnostic Complements Medical Care.
The Blueprxnt Diagnostic is a performance health assessment and strategy service. It does not diagnose disease, independently interpret clinical imaging, provide medical treatment, manage medication, or replace physician-directed screening and care.
Bloodwork and other clinical services are ordered, performed, and clinically interpreted by qualified providers. When a finding warrants medical evaluation, Blueprxnt may recommend or help coordinate the appropriate next step and, with authorization, incorporate relevant provider findings into the strategy.
Outside physician consultations, clinical interpretation, follow-up testing, and medical care are billed separately by the appropriate provider unless explicitly included.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
Two Clear Paths Forward.
EXECUTE INDEPENDENTLY
Use your Profile and Initial Protocol as the roadmap for what comes next. You leave with priorities, context, and a sequenced starting strategy—not simply test results.
ENTER 1:1 COACHING
Apply for ongoing support when you want help implementing, monitoring, reassessing, and evolving the strategy. Blueprxnt reviews the prior Diagnostic and all available information, confirms or completes the required coaching baseline, and recommends the appropriate tier.
The Diagnostic is not a membership and does not create an automatic coaching commitment.
