BLUEPRXNT NFL

Performance Health Built Around the NFL Calendar.

The demands of professional football change constantly. Your performance health system should change with them.

Blueprxnt connects objective testing, individualized strategy, coaching, and execution across the offseason, training camp, regular season, postseason, and every transition in between.

Built for NFL prospects, rookies, active players, and veterans who want a player-owned system that supports performance now and career continuity over time.

WHY BLUEPRXNT NFL

One Player. Multiple Environments. One Continuous System.

Your team provides essential medical, performance, nutrition, and training resources. Blueprxnt does not replace them.

It gives you something different: an individualized performance health system that belongs to you and can continue across facilities, coaching staffs, contracts, roster changes, and stages of your career.

Your testing history stays connected. Your priorities remain visible. Your protocols adapt as your workload, role, body, environment, and goals change.

The system remains. The strategy evolves.

Blueprxnt helps connect the areas that are often managed separately:

  • Testing and biomarker interpretation
  • Body composition and position demands
  • Nutrition, hydration, and supplementation
  • Movement, fitness, and training coordination
  • Sleep, recovery, readiness, and travel
  • Inner Capacity, identity, goals, and decision-making
  • Collaboration across your personal and professional support team

WHO IT SERVES

Built for Every Stage of an NFL Career.

PROSPECTS AND ROOKIES

Establish a professional baseline as early as possible after declaration. Coordinate recovery, combine and pro-day preparation, body-composition targets, fueling, supplementation, travel, the draft, rookie minicamp, OTAs, and the short runway into training camp.

The goal is to enter the league with more than a temporary combine plan. It is to begin building the routines, data history, and professional independence that can support an entire career.

ACTIVE PLAYERS

Connect offseason development, team programming, pre-camp preparation, game-week execution, travel, recovery, body-weight management, and in-season adjustments within one individualized strategy.

Blueprxnt can begin during the offseason, before camp, or during the season when timing and testing logistics allow.

VETERANS AND FREE AGENTS

Use accumulated history to understand how your body is changing, what is limiting recovery, and where the next competitive advantage may come from.

The strategy can be shaped around a contract year, changing role, injury history, free agency, return to play, or the need to remain physically capable beyond football.

THE NFL CALENDAR

The Demands Change. The System Adapts.

1

RESTORE AND ESTABLISH THE BASELINE

After a college or NFL season, assess what changed, restore sleep and recovery, complete the coaching baseline, and determine the priorities that matter most now.

2

BUILD AND PREPARE

Develop body composition, strength-supporting nutrition, conditioning, movement capacity, hydration, recovery, and professional routines around combine preparation, private training, or the team offseason program.

3

INTEGRATE WITH THE TEAM ENVIRONMENT

Adapt the strategy through the draft, rookie minicamp, OTAs, team travel, changing food environments, new expectations, and the increasing demands of professional football.

4

ARRIVE READY FOR TRAINING CAMP

Use the short pre-camp runway to recover from OTAs, close remaining gaps, reassess key markers, and arrive prepared for heat, high workload, roster competition, and limited recovery time.

5

EXECUTE THROUGH THE SEASON

Adjust fueling, hydration, supplementation, recovery, sleep, travel, body weight, and game-week routines around short weeks, bye weeks, role changes, injury status, and the postseason.

One baseline. One data history. One coaching relationship that changes priorities as the calendar changes.

THE BLUEPRXNT SPORT SYSTEM

Five Performance Levers. One Professional Standard.

PRIME

Nutrition, hydration, and supplementation aligned with body-composition goals, workload, travel, recovery, and game-day demands.

BUILD

Movement, fitness, physical capacity, and training-support decisions coordinated with position demands and the player’s existing program.

RECOVER

Sleep, readiness, fatigue, injury nutrition, and recovery behaviors adjusted as workload and circumstances change.

PREPARE

Schedule, environment, travel, products, routines, and professional systems that make consistent execution possible.

COMPETE

Inner Capacity, identity, emotional regulation, behavioral readiness, goal setting, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Testing identifies the priorities. Coaching turns those priorities into daily action.

THE PROFESSIONAL BASELINE

Every NFL Coaching Relationship Starts With Objective Testing.

Every player entering Blueprxnt 1:1 Coaching completes the professional baseline:

Genetic testing
DEXA body-composition assessment
Comprehensive bloodwork
Movement screening
Fitness testing
HRV and resting-heart-rate analysis

Previous testing, team data, medical records, wearable history, and other relevant information are reviewed and incorporated when the player authorizes access. They provide valuable context, but they do not replace the Blueprxnt coaching baseline.

The findings are integrated with the player’s goals, injury and health history, position, calendar, environment, symptoms, and current support system to establish the initial priorities and protocols.

COACHING DEPTH

The System Is Consistent. The Diagnostic Depth Increases.

CORE

The complete professional foundation.

Core includes the full coaching relationship, the required professional baseline, individualized protocols across all five Sport levers, planned reassessment, and ongoing support to execute and adjust the strategy.

PLUS

Everything in Core, with greater diagnostic breadth and deeper reassessment.

Plus provides access to a targeted pool of advanced performance-health testing selected according to the player’s findings, health status, goals, position demands, existing data, and stage of the NFL calendar.

Potential options may include expanded bloodwork, resting metabolic rate, sweat-sodium testing, additional body-composition assessment, five-way fractionation, targeted nutrient or gastrointestinal testing, sleep and apnea assessment, environmental assessment, and advanced cardiovascular testing or cardiac imaging when appropriate and provider-ordered.

COMPLETE

The broadest year-round performance-health pathway.

Complete includes everything in Plus, the greatest diagnostic depth and reassessment flexibility, one in-person Blueprxnt performance assessment, and the highest level of support-team coordination.

Complete also includes one MRI-based muscle-volume and body-composition assessment when reasonably available near the player. Whole-body imaging may be incorporated through shared decision-making when appropriate and available.

Testing is not performed simply because it appears within a tier. Advanced diagnostics are selected when the result has the potential to change a decision, protocol, referral, or intervention.

When testing or care requires a licensed clinical provider, Blueprxnt helps coordinate the process and incorporates authorized findings into the performance-health strategy. Diagnosis, treatment, imaging orders, and clinical care remain with the appropriate licensed provider.

ENGAGEMENT PATHWAYS

Choose the Depth. Then Match It to the Calendar.

PRE-CAMP BUILD

Available at Core or Plus.

From onboarding through the player’s training-camp reporting date. This pathway can begin after declaration, following the NFL season, or during the offseason and includes a final pre-camp reassessment.

CAMP + SEASON

Available at Core or Plus.

From the training-camp reporting date through the player’s final game, including the postseason when applicable and an immediate postseason reassessment.

YEAR-ROUND

Available at Core, Plus, or Complete.

Twelve continuous months beginning at onboarding. This is the preferred pathway for prospects and rookies because it preserves continuity from declaration through the first professional season. Complete is available exclusively as a year-round engagement.

CALIBRATE AFTER THE FOUNDATION

Players who have completed Core, Plus, or Complete and established their professional baseline may be eligible to continue through Calibrate. Calibrate is the lower-intensity continuation pathway for maintaining the system, reviewing progress, and making strategic adjustments without repeating the initial build.

WHAT THE PLAYER RECEIVES

More Than Testing. A System for Execution.

Testing creates the starting point. The coaching relationship turns that information into decisions and actions across the year.

NFL coaching may include:

  • A prioritized Performance Health Profile and individualized roadmap
  • Nutrition, hydration, supplementation, body-composition, and recovery protocols
  • Combine, pro-day, training-camp, travel, game-week, short-week, bye-week, and postseason strategies
  • Weekly digital check-ins and ongoing messaging support
  • Monthly private coaching and protocol adjustment
  • Review of relevant wearable, training, team, and medical data authorized by the player
  • Quarterly goal evaluation and ranking across the five Blueprxnt domains
  • Testing and reassessment used alongside coaching data to measure progress and set the next goals and intentions
  • Coordination with agents, private trainers, chefs, team staff, physicians, rehabilitation providers, and other members of the player’s support system

The frequency and timing of reassessment depend on the engagement pathway, tier, player findings, and stage of the calendar. Testing is placed where the result can meaningfully change the plan without creating unnecessary burden during camp or the season.

AVAILABILITY AND CAREER CONTINUITY

Availability Is Part of Performance.

For an NFL player, missed time can affect development, role, game film, incentives, roster decisions, contract leverage, and the number of earning seasons available across a career.

No coaching system can prevent every injury. Football includes acute contact events and risks that cannot be eliminated.

Blueprxnt works on the factors that can be influenced: establishing better baselines, managing body composition, supporting fueling and hydration, improving sleep and recovery, monitoring workload response, coordinating training decisions, and escalating concerns when appropriate.

The objective is not to promise perfect health. It is to reduce avoidable blind spots and help the player prepare, recover, remain available, and return effectively when circumstances change.

OFFENSIVE-LINE SPECIALTY

Built With the Demands of Offensive-Line Play in Mind.

Blueprxnt NFL is available to players across positions. Its initial specialized pathway is built around offensive linemen because few positions require the same combination of total mass, force production, repeated collision, heat exposure, joint stress, recovery demand, and long-term health consideration.

The strategy can account for:

  • Position-specific lean mass, fat mass, and regional body-composition targets
  • High-calorie fueling without losing sight of cardiometabolic health
  • Hydration and sodium needs during camp heat and high-volume practices
  • Sleep quality and apnea risk in a larger-bodied population
  • Movement limitations, asymmetries, and training tolerance
  • Frequent ankle and shoulder burdens alongside higher-consequence knee, tendon, foot, spine, and upper-extremity injuries
  • The balance between short-term playing weight and long-term health after football

The same principle applies across every position: understand the actual demands, establish the right baseline, and individualize the strategy around the player.

COLLABORATION

Built to Work With the People Already Supporting You.

Blueprxnt does not compete with the player’s team, private trainer, agent, chef, physician, physical therapist, or other trusted providers.

With the player’s permission, Blueprxnt can review relevant information, communicate priorities, coordinate protocols, and help different members of the support system work from a more complete picture.

The player remains at the center. Medical decisions remain with qualified medical professionals. Training decisions remain coordinated with the coaches responsible for the program.

FOR AGENTS AND AGENCIES

Add a Player-Owned Performance Health Layer to Your Practice.

Blueprxnt can support individual clients or a broader group of players across:

  • Postseason and declaration baselines
  • Combine and pro-day preparation
  • Rookie onboarding and professional transition
  • Training-camp preparation
  • In-season performance-health support
  • Contract-year planning
  • Injury-related nutrition and return-to-performance coordination
  • Year-over-year career continuity

The relationship is built around the player while giving authorized members of the support team a clearer understanding of priorities, progress, and next steps.
