Blueprxnt NFL

Performance Health for Professional Football.

Your team has a staff. But nobody on that staff works exclusively for you.

Blueprxnt NFL is a complete performance health system built by someone who has been inside NFL facilities, on the sideline, in the weight room, and in the room where decisions about your body are made. Five integrated domains. Advanced diagnostics your team never orders. Protocols that belong to you, not the organization.

Built by a former NFL Director of Performance Nutrition and Assistant S&C Coach. Proven across thousands of athletes. Zero positive drug tests under direct care. Ever.

The Problem

Your Team’s Staff Is Not Enough. I Know Because I Was On That Staff.

I spent four seasons inside the New York Football Giants facility. I know exactly what team staff covers, what they miss, and what they’re structurally prevented from doing.

Your team has talented people. But they report to the front office, not to you. Their job is to get 53 players on the field for game day. Your job is to protect your body, your career, and your life after football.

Team physicians react to problems. They don’t prevent them. They are not ordering proactive hormone panels, advanced cardiac screening, or comprehensive metabolic testing.

Team nutritionists serve the roster, not the individual. They are not building protocols based on your bloodwork, genetics, sweat rate, and position demands.

Team S&C staff program for the team. They don’t have time to audit your individual movement, assess your metabolic efficiency, or design recovery protocols based on your biomarker data.

Nobody on staff is tracking your hormones, mapping your cardiac risk, assessing your gut health, or addressing your mental capacity and identity as a professional athlete. Nobody is building a system that protects you beyond your current contract.

I know this because I lived it. And I built Blueprxnt to fill every gap I saw.

The Five Plans

Designed Around the NFL Calendar

Every plan runs the Blueprxnt Performance Health System. Each plan is available at Performance, Elite, or Elite+ coaching level, determined on your strategy call based on where you are and how deep you want to go. Higher tiers unlock deeper diagnostics (Springbok MRI, DUTCH hormones, VO2max, mitochondrial testing), more domains (Inner Capacity at Elite and above), and more access (daily FaceTime/text at Elite+).

Best Value
1.

Annual Plan

12 Months. Off-Season + In-Season. One System.

The full Blueprxnt system across the entire NFL calendar. Off-season diagnostic depth combined with in-season monitoring and support. Buying annually costs less than purchasing both separately, and ensures continuity with no gaps.

Off-Season Phase (January through July)

  • Full diagnostic battery immediately after the season: comprehensive bloodwork (100+ biomarkers), DEXA, movement screen, fitness assessment, and tier-specific advanced testing
  • Body composition improvement protocols (nutrition periodized for off-season targets)
  • Nervous system recovery and restoration
  • Training program audit and optimization
  • Complete supplement stack (NSF Certified for Sport)
  • Pre and post off-season training testing to track adaptation
  • Full Blueprxnt Performance Health Score with quarterly updates

In-Season Phase (July through January)

  • Nutrition periodization: maintenance protocols, game-week fueling, travel nutrition, short-week and bye-week adjustments
  • Supplementation and hydration protocols adapted to game schedule
  • Recovery strategies and HRV/RHR monitoring
  • Monthly calls and communication as needed
  • Collaboration with team staff (if you choose)
  • Inner Capacity work: mental prep, emotional regulation, in-season stress management (Elite/Elite+)
  • Bloodwork monitoring as needed
2.

Off-Season Plan

January through July: Build, Test, Optimize, Prepare.

The off-season is where careers are extended. Same diagnostic depth and protocols as the Annual Plan’s off-season phase, purchased as a standalone engagement.

Best for players who want the deep off-season work but have their in-season support handled separately.

3.

In-Season Plan

July through December/January: Protect, Maintain, Perform.

The season is not the time to build. It’s the time to maintain what you built. Same in-season protocols as the Annual Plan’s in-season phase, purchased as a standalone engagement.

Best for players who completed off-season work (with Blueprxnt or independently) and want in-season monitoring, nutrition periodization, and mental performance support.

4.

Rookie Plan

Your First Year as a Professional. The Transition Nobody Prepares You For.

I’ve watched rookies walk into NFL facilities with no idea how to feed themselves, recover properly, or handle the mental pressure of professional football. College programs give you structure. The NFL gives you a playbook and a cafeteria. Everything else is on you.

12-month program starting post-draft (or earlier, once a player declares). Everything in the Annual Plan, plus:

  • Habit architecture: Nutrition education, supplement compliance training, sleep and recovery routines that survive the NFL schedule
  • Transition support: From college structure to professional autonomy. Managing expectations from family, agents, media, and the organization.
  • Enhanced Inner Capacity: Identity transition from college athlete to professional. Mental preparation for NFL speed, intensity, and scrutiny. Behavioral design that compounds across a career, not just a season.
  • Professional baseline: Full diagnostic battery establishing your baseline before your first training camp, including body composition targets for your position

Also available for undrafted free agents. The transition is the same. The support gap is even bigger.

5.

Combine Prep Plan

8 to 12 Weeks. The Performance Health Layer Your Training Facility Can’t Provide.

You’re training at a facility with great coaches who get you fast, strong, and explosive. But most facilities don’t have the depth to optimize your nutrition, bloodwork, body composition, and recovery at the level that separates draft positions.

  • Individualized nutrition protocols built to hit combine body composition targets
  • Comprehensive bloodwork (100+ biomarkers) identifying limiters your coaching eye can’t see
  • DEXA tracking toward target weight, Springbok MRI for bilateral asymmetry, 5-way fractionation for Muscle:Bone ratio (Elite tier)
  • Complete supplement stack (NSF Certified for Sport)
  • Sleep optimization, HRV monitoring, and recovery protocol design
  • Training program audit and movement screening
  • Travel nutrition for the combine itself

I work alongside the training facility. I’m not replacing their coaches. I’m filling the gaps their staff can’t fill.

Available for draft-eligible players and undrafted free agents. Starts as soon as the player declares.

The Math

Why This Investment Makes Sense

The average NFL career is 3.3 years. Every game missed to a preventable issue is earnings lost and leverage surrendered.

The Numbers

Average NFL salary (mid-roster)$3.5M per year
Weekly pay valueApproximately $210K per week
Games missed per soft-tissue injury3 to 5 games
Cost of one injury event$630K to $1M+
Percentage of NFL injuries that are muscle/soft tissue50%+

Blueprxnt NFL costs a fraction of a single missed game. The question isn’t whether you can afford it. It’s whether you can afford not to have it.

What Players Say

What Players Say

Tik taught me how to take care of my body like a pro, from nutrition to recovery, and it paid off in a big way, especially my rookie year and he was there for me every step of the way. He was also one of the first people I called after my ACL injury. I could lean on him not just for the physical side of things but for the mental support too, which was huge during that time for me.

Saquon Barkley

Saquon Barkley, Super Bowl Champion, NFL Running Back

Tik helped me transform and reshape my body, making me stronger, faster, and better prepared for the demands of the game. His insights into keeping me focused, both physically and mentally, were invaluable. He’s one of the smartest and most dedicated people I’ve ever worked with, and his influence has stuck with me throughout my career.

Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones, NFL Quarterback

I have been working with Tik for more than two years. He has depth of knowledge and is clearly constantly learning and absorbing the most recent research. My lean body mass has increased and my body fat has decreased, allowing me to play through long NFL seasons at my peak physical condition. Tik Patel is an elite nutritionist.

Nate Solder

Nate Solder, 2x Super Bowl Champion, NFL Offensive Tackle

Tik is the best nutritionist and sport performance coach I’ve been around. Being a nutritionist was never just a job for him—it was his passion. He was constantly on the leading edge of nutrition and sports science. He catered to the individual needs of every player and gave us every possible advantage. He’s the best of the best in the realm of sport performance.

For Elite Trainers and Performance Training Centers

You Train the Body. I Optimize the System Behind It.

You’re one of the best in the business. NFL players fly across the country to train with you. But the athletes who get the best results from your programming are the ones who show up with their nutrition dialed, their recovery optimized, and their bloodwork clean. The ones who don’t leave gains on the table no matter how good your training is.

Most trainers and facilities don’t have an RD, a kinanthropometrist, or a former NFL performance coach on staff. That’s not a weakness. It’s an opportunity.

What I add to your operation:

  • Individualized nutrition protocols built on each athlete’s bloodwork, genetics, and position demands
  • Body composition optimization with DEXA tracking, Springbok MRI, and 5-way fractionation with Muscle:Bone ratio
  • Comprehensive bloodwork (100+ biomarkers) identifying invisible limiters
  • Supplement compliance (NSF Certified for Sport, every stack built by me)
  • Recovery protocol design (HRV-guided, sleep optimization, circadian management)
  • Advanced testing your facility can’t offer (DUTCH hormones, VO2max, lactate, cardiac screening, genetic testing)
  • Inner Capacity work for athletes dealing with pressure, transition, or identity challenges

I don’t touch your programming. I optimize everything around it.

Partnership Models

Embedded

I function as your facility’s performance health department. Year-round, fully integrated.

Referral

You refer athletes for testing and nutrition. I deliver protocols and share findings with your staff.

Seasonal (Combine/Pro Day)

8 to 12 weeks of performance health integration during combine prep cycles.

Testing Days

Periodic on-site testing at your facility (DEXA, bloodwork, movement screens, body composition).

Why This Makes You Better

Your athletes get better results when they’re fueled, recovered, and hormonally optimized. Your programming works harder. Agents see a more complete product. You differentiate from every facility that only offers training.

Think of Blueprxnt as your performance health department. You bring the training. I bring everything else. Together, we give athletes a complete system neither of us could deliver alone.
