1. Services Overview

Blueprxnt LLC (“Blueprxnt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides:

• 1:1 performance health coaching and counseling across five domains (Intake, Physical Activity, Recovery, Environment, Inner Capacity)
• The Blueprxnt Diagnostic (comprehensive health assessment)
• Performance Training programs
• The Blueprxnt Lab (community membership)
• Professional Training for practitioners and coaches
• Consulting and advisory services for organizations, sports teams, NIL agencies, and companies
• Speaking and educational workshops
• NFL-specific coaching plans (Annual, Off-Season, In-Season, Rookie, Combine Prep)
• Newsletter and educational content

2. Nature of Services

Coaching, Not Medical Care. All coaching and consulting provided by Blueprxnt is educational in nature. Blueprxnt is a performance health coaching and counseling company. We are not a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Pratik Patel is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), not a physician. Dietary counseling provided by a Registered Dietitian is within the scope of practice for an RD and is not a substitute for medical care.

No Guaranteed Outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual factors including but not limited to effort, consistency, adherence to protocols, pre-existing health conditions, genetics, and external circumstances.

3. Coaching Engagement Terms

Commitment. 1:1 coaching engagements require a minimum commitment of 6 months. 12 months is recommended for full system integration. Specific engagement terms are outlined in your individual coaching agreement.

Payment. Payment terms (pay-in-full or monthly) are established in your coaching agreement. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in your agreement.

Cancellation. Early termination of a coaching engagement is subject to the terms outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Communication. Check-in frequency, communication access, and response times vary by coaching tier and are outlined in your coaching agreement.

4. The Blueprxnt Lab (Community Membership)

Membership. The Lab is a subscription-based community membership with tiered pricing. Membership can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Founding Member Pricing. Founding member rates are locked for the duration of continuous membership. If you cancel and re-subscribe, standard pricing applies.

Content. Lab content (articles, protocols, training programs, Q&A recordings) is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared publicly, or used commercially without written permission.

5. Professional Training

Enrollment in the Blueprxnt Professional Training program is subject to a separate enrollment agreement. Materials provided during the program are for educational purposes and personal professional development. Redistribution or commercial use of program materials requires written permission.

6. Consulting Engagements

Consulting and advisory services are governed by separate consulting agreements or statements of work. Deliverables, timelines, fees, and intellectual property terms are defined within those agreements.

7. Diagnostic Testing and Physician Coordination

Testing Coordination. Blueprxnt coordinates diagnostic testing (bloodwork, DEXA, genetic testing, hormone panels, and other assessments) through physician partners and licensed laboratories. Blueprxnt does not operate a laboratory and does not directly order medical tests.

Cost. Testing costs may be included in your coaching engagement or billed separately, depending on your tier and agreement. Third-party testing costs not included in your engagement are your responsibility.

Results. Test results and Blueprxnt’s analysis of those results are for educational and coaching purposes. They are not a medical diagnosis. Abnormal or concerning findings will be flagged and you will be advised to consult your physician.

8. Supplement Recommendations

Blueprxnt may recommend dietary supplements as part of coaching protocols. All supplement recommendations use NSF Certified for Sport products when applicable.

You are responsible for:

• Disclosing all medications, health conditions, and allergies before supplementation begins
• Consulting your physician before starting any supplement regimen
• Informing Blueprxnt of any adverse reactions

Blueprxnt is not liable for adverse reactions to supplements, particularly when relevant health information has not been disclosed.

9. Confidentiality

Client Confidentiality. Your participation in coaching, your health data, and your relationship with Blueprxnt are confidential. We do not disclose your participation to employers, teams, agents, or any third party without your explicit written consent.

Athlete Clients. For professional and collegiate athlete clients: your data, protocols, and relationship with Blueprxnt are not shared with your team, organization, agent, or any third party unless you authorize it in writing. You control what is shared and with whom.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within Blueprxnt programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, systems, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, training materials, and the Blueprxnt Performance Health System, is the intellectual property of Blueprxnt LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Blueprxnt content or intellectual property without prior written permission.

The Blueprxnt Performance Health System, Blueprxnt Performance Health Score, and associated frameworks are proprietary systems. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. User Responsibility

By engaging with Blueprxnt services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, medications, and lifestyle
• Disclose any known medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns
• Consult your physician before making significant changes to diet, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle
• Take personal responsibility for your health decisions and actions
• Inform Blueprxnt immediately of any adverse reactions, injuries, or health concerns arising during coaching
• Use information and protocols provided at your own discretion and risk

12. Assumption of Risk

Participation in coaching, training programs, and performance health protocols involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and adverse reactions to dietary changes or supplements. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprxnt LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of this website or services
• Coaching protocols, recommendations, or information provided
• Supplement recommendations
• Diagnostic testing results or interpretations
• Reliance on information provided through any Blueprxnt channel
• Decisions made based on Blueprxnt coaching or content

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprxnt LLC, its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to disclose relevant health information.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Non-payment
• Failure to adhere to agreed-upon engagement terms
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive
• Failure to disclose relevant health information that creates safety concerns

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Blueprxnt services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Missouri, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
