Understand your numbers. Know what to do next.

An unflagged result can still deserve attention. Your symptoms, history, related markers, and changes over time help explain what it means for you.

Drawing on tens of thousands of biomarker results he has interpreted, Pratik has developed population-specific health and performance targets. Blueprxnt Analysis considers these alongside laboratory ranges, established clinical thresholds where applicable, and your personal context.

Controllable lifestyle factors

Practical priorities for sleep, activity, recovery, stress, and daily routines.

High-priority nutrition

Food choices and nutrient priorities matched to your findings and goals.

Targeted supplementation

Recommendations where appropriate, considering your diet, medications, and existing supplements.

Targets complement laboratory ranges and do not replace medical evaluation.

Panel Only

Receive the selected Quest Diagnostics panel, your laboratory results, a standardized Blueprxnt marker guide, and general Blueprxnt performance-health target information. These materials provide general education. They do not include an individualized interpretation or action plan.

  • Relevant patterns across markers, calculated indices where useful, and prioritized findings.

  • An individualized action plan organized around the three pillars above.
  • A private recorded walkthrough from Pratik explaining the main findings and next steps.

Progress Review for Follow-Up panels

Standard scheduled collection is included. Results appear in the secure portal as the laboratory releases them. Most are generally available within five to seven business days; specialized assays may take longer.

  4. 4

    Use your included materials

Panel Only includes your results and general guide. If you purchase analysis, Pratik prepares your personalized report, recommendations, and recorded explanation once all required results are available.

Follow the preparation instructions for your panel

Collection timing, recent exercise, food, medications, and supplements can affect the interpretation of some results. Follow your order-specific instructions and report your medications and supplements accurately. Ask the ordering provider about any instructions that could affect prescribed treatment; do not stop a prescribed medication on your own.

Preparing for Collection
  • Fast for 8–12 hours. Water is fine and encouraged.
  • Schedule collection before 10:00 a.m. where possible. Cortisol, testosterone and bone turnover markers follow a daily rhythm.
  • Avoid hard training, alcohol and sauna for 24–48 hours before collection. Creatine kinase, liver enzymes and testosterone can respond to recent heavy training.
  • Medications and supplements: Tell us and your ordering provider about all medications and supplements, especially biotin or hair, skin, and nail products. Your provider will confirm any test-specific pause and timing instructions. Do not stop or change a prescribed medication or prescribed biotin on your own. If a medication must be taken with food, or fasting may affect your glucose management, contact your prescribing clinician before the draw.
  • Report medications, supplements and hormonal contraception accurately in the ordering portal. They may change how results are read.

Athlete panels

Before scheduling an Athlete panel, decide whether you want a rested baseline or a deliberate look at the response to a training block. Both can be useful, but they are not directly comparable. Record the collection context and match it at follow-up. Athlete Complete and Athlete Complete Follow-Up require a fasted morning collection before 10:00 a.m. Match the baseline conditions at follow-up and avoid hard training for 48 hours beforehand.

Women's Health panels

All three Women's baseline panels require blood and urine collection. Plan an overnight, water-only fast and an appointment at about 8 a.m., subject to the final instructions issued with your order.

Complete and Complete Follow-Up: these include CTx, which requires at least 12 hours of fasting and collection between 8 and 10 a.m. This is stricter than the general instructions above.

Hormone timing depends on your goal, your cycle, and the markers in your panel. See the cycle-timing guidance shown with the Women's panels. For an early-cycle FSH and estradiol baseline, plan cycle days 2–4. AMH can be collected on any cycle day. Record the first day of your last period and the cycle day of each collection, and contact Blueprxnt before scheduling if you expect bleeding, have irregular or absent cycles, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are perimenopausal or postmenopausal, or use hormonal medication. Follow-Up panels do not include urine testing; the progesterone guidance applies to Plus and Complete panels, including their Follow-Ups.

Frequently asked questions

Choosing a Panel

Which focus should I choose?

Choose according to the markers and question you want to assess. South Asian Health panels emphasize cardiometabolic patterns relevant to South Asian populations and are available to eligible adults of any background. Men's Health panels are for adult men. Women's Health has its own panel-specific marker lists and collection context. Athlete panels are for eligible athletes of any sex. Review the marker list rather than choosing on the track name alone.

What is the difference between Baseline and Follow-Up?

Baseline is the broader starting assessment. Follow-Up repeats a narrower selection for reassessment and does not contain the same full marker list. Previous Blueprxnt testing is not required; choose according to the actual markers you need.

Is Core, Plus, or Complete a coaching subscription?

On this page, those names describe bloodwork panel depth. This is a standalone testing purchase. The separate Core and Complete coaching tiers include ongoing services over six or twelve months.

What is a Progress Review?

A Progress Review is a shorter written comparison with your earlier results, updated priorities, and a next-retest plan. It requires suitable prior data and context. It does not include a new full report, a recording, or a live appointment. If suitable prior data is missing, or you want a fresh report and recording, choose full Blueprxnt Analysis instead.

Ordering and Payment

Where is testing available and who can order?

Testing is currently available through participating Quest locations in US states other than New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. South Asian Health and Men's Health panels require age 18 or older. Women's Health panels are available to adults age 18 and older. All three Women's baseline panels require blood and urine collection. For a minor's Athlete panel, a parent or legal guardian must purchase, authorize testing, and complete the ordering requirements. Scheduling availability also depends on a participating local Quest location.

Is collection included?

Standard collection at the scheduled Quest location is included. Mobile collection, expedited services, and repeat collection caused by a missed or incomplete appointment may be billed separately. Recollection for an insufficient or unprocessed specimen follows the ordering portal and laboratory policy.

Does Blueprxnt bill insurance or accept HSA or FSA funds?

Blueprxnt Bloodwork is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. A receipt can be requested, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. Blueprxnt does not currently offer these purchases as HSA- or FSA-eligible expenses.

Can I cancel?

The purchase is refundable until the Quest order is placed and nonrefundable after it has been placed. Separately purchased analysis is refundable until analysis work begins and nonrefundable once that work has started.

Results and Support

How quickly will I receive results?

Most results are generally available within five to seven business days after collection. Specialized assays may take longer. Results appear in stages in the secure portal as Quest releases them.

Can I add analysis later and does it include a call?

Existing panel purchasers can add analysis through a private payment link within 30 days after the final laboratory result is released. The added price is $250 for Core, $300 for Plus, or $350 for Complete. Analysis includes a written report, action plan, recorded walkthrough, and one email clarification round. A live consultation is not included.

Does testing replace medical care?

No. Blueprxnt provides wellness and performance assessment and does not prescribe treatment. Findings requiring medical evaluation are referred to a licensed physician. When Blueprxnt receives notification of a critical or time-sensitive result, we contact you promptly and direct you toward appropriate care. This service is not emergency care; seek immediate medical help for an emergency.

What do the heavy metals results mean?

Where included, the blood screen reflects recent exposure. It does not measure total body burden or accumulated exposure. Additional evaluation may be appropriate based on the result and exposure history.

Want the findings connected to your wider health and performance picture?

Blueprxnt 360 combines the relevant testing and personal context with an assessment across all five domains. Receive a written Profile, Initial Protocol, and private review. Bloodwork Analysis remains focused on the panel you purchased.
