Blueprxnt places your order through its FitnessGenes partner system. FitnessGenes then emails your account access and kit instructions.
COLLECT AND RETURN YOUR SAMPLE
Your kit typically arrives within 2-5 days. Complete the saliva collection at home, register the kit and return it using the included prepaid shipping.
RECEIVE YOUR FITNESSGENES RESULTS
Results are typically available approximately 2-3 weeks after the sample reaches the laboratory.
RECEIVE YOUR BLUEPRXNT ANALYSIS
If you selected analysis, complete the Blueprxnt questionnaire. Your written interpretation and action plan will be emailed within 7-10 business days after your results and questionnaire are complete.
New York and Maryland customers may receive the kit in-state, but the sample must be collected and returned from outside the state.
