You complete your comprehensive intake. I review everything, score your subjective pillars, and send you a personalized video walkthrough of my findings.
Baseline Tracking
You track current habits in the app: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress. No changes yet. We establish your real baseline while testing is in motion.
Objective Data In
DEXA, bloodwork, fitness, and movement results come back. I complete your full Blueprxnt Performance Health Score. Now we know exactly where you stand.
Plan Delivery
Goals call to establish Outcome, Performance, and Process Goals. Your plan is delivered week by week so you build momentum without overwhelm.
