Intake Review

You complete your comprehensive intake. I review everything, score your subjective pillars, and send you a personalized video walkthrough of my findings.

3Stage 3Day 5–14

Baseline Tracking

You track current habits in the app: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress. No changes yet. We establish your real baseline while testing is in motion.

4Stage 4Day 10–17

Objective Data In

DEXA, bloodwork, fitness, and movement results come back. I complete your full Blueprxnt Performance Health Score. Now we know exactly where you stand.

Plan Delivery
